Application for saving your friends Facebook albums to your computer

Facebook Albums Downloader is a user-friendly piece of software whose main purpose is to help you download entire photo albums from Facebook, with the least amount of effort.

This Java-based application requires an Internet connection to work. In order to get it to function, you will first need to enter your Facebook token, which can be obtained by logging into your account using http://fad.eu5.org.

The string of characters it displays has to be copied and pasted into the start screen of Facebook Albums Downloader, then you can click on 'All Set' to proceed to the program's main window. Here, you will be able to find yourself and all your friends, allowing you select the one whose albums you would like to download by clicking on his thumbnail picture.

Subsequently, you can move to the 'Albums' tab where you can choose from a drop-down list, the specific item that you want to save to your computer. You can preview the contents of the folder, but you cannot select specific images to grab. Next, you can click on the 'Download' button and depending on the size of the album as well as your Internet speed, this process can take more or less time, after which you will be able to view your photos.

Facebook Albums Downloader saves the images individually and not as a pack or archive, enabling you to retrieve them from the default output location, namely 'My Documents'. It will not display a popup window or any other type of warning to let you know when the operation is complete, but if the 'Downloads' section is empty, it means your pictures have been saved to your PC already.
